About Me
Passionate Advocate for Mental Health
As a fully registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) with membership number 00965497, I am a passionate advocate for mental health and firmly believe in the value of open dialogue.
I offer a warm, welcoming, and confidential environment where you can freely express yourself without feeling judged.
My specialisation lies in the person-centred approach, and I have experience delivering therapy through face-to-face sessions, telephone consultations, and video calls. It is important to note that therapy can be tailored to suit your individual needs, and I understand that making the decision to start therapy can be challenging. Your comfort is of utmost importance to me.
Fully Qualified Counseller
I hold a first-class honours degree in counselling and psychotherapy from the University of Salford, attesting to my academic proficiency in the field.
Furthermore, I have practical experience working in a clinical setting within a GP surgery and have volunteered on a mental health and well-being helpline in the Blackpool & Fylde area. Additionally, I have worked in other mental health settings, providing support to children and young adults with Autism and other special educational needs.
With my qualifications, experience, and commitment to creating a supportive space, I am well-equipped to assist you on your therapeutic journey.
